Themed the Mardi Gras of the EAST, CITY JAM 2008! promises to be the party of the year! Organised by the People’s Association Youth Movement (PAYM); and supported by St James Power Station and Tiger Beer, this is the FIRST-EVER POST-CHINGAY PARADE STREET PARTY organized in Singapore where party revelers can celebrate the festive occasion all through the night!

Boasting an exciting line-up provided by St James Power Station, party goers will be kept entertained from dusk till dawn by LA RANURA, the Resident Band from Movida, Resident DJ GEORGE from Powerhouse famed for his FABULOUS themed nights and SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCES by the Chingay Parade 2008 performing acts.

What better way to keep the crowd energized than with COOL, CRISP and REFRESHING WORLD ACCLAIMED TIGER BEER, which will be available all night to quench their thirst!

Just got a call from X'H o, the über Fabulous radio personality of Lush 99.5.  

He told me that they will be playing an hour's selection of Fabulous 2008 dance hits on Lush 99.5 at the strike of the 12 midnight to welcome the New Year!

Singapore Swing is a travelogue by John Malathronas.  He described his Powerhouse experience at Fabulous Sundays as "awesome" and "You'd expect this in LA or Tokyo but not in an unfashionable corner of South East Asia." I got my copy at Kinokuniya, Ngee Ann City.
